Terms of Use (User Agreement)

These Terms govern your use of the SlivaNet app and related services. By using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms.

1) Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2) License & permitted use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SlivaNet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where allowed by law.
  • You must not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service.
  • You must not interfere with security, servers, or normal operation of the Service.
  • You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3) Accounts

  • Accuracy: provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • Security: keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
  • Responsibility: you are responsible for activity under your account.

4) User content

You may submit information such as profile details, favorites, and support messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant SlivaNet a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.

Prohibited content: do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or that contains malware.

5) Optional AI-assisted features (if available)

  • Responsibility: you are responsible for submitted content and permissions/rights.
  • Limitations: generated results may be inaccurate; do not treat them as professional advice.
  • Acceptable use: do not use AI features to create or request unlawful or harmful content.

6) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

7) Intellectual property

The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by SlivaNet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use SlivaNet's trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

8) Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with third-party services. SlivaNet is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

9) Disclaimers

  • No professional advice: content is informational only.
  • As-is: the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlivaNet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlivaNet's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.

11) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or your use creates a risk of harm or disruption. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12) Changes

We may update the Service and/or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing law & arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of SlivaNet Team's principal place of business, except where prohibited. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by applicable law. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse.

14) Apple App Store terms (if you downloaded from Apple)

  • Agreement: these Terms are between you and SlivaNet, not Apple.
  • Support: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance/support.
  • Claims: SlivaNet (not Apple) is responsible for claims relating to the Service.
  • IP claims: SlivaNet (not Apple) handles third-party IP infringement claims.
