SlivaNet Team is the entity responsible for the processing of personal information described in this policy.

2) What the Service does

SlivaNet helps you discover expertly curated cocktail recipes, search by name, spirit type, or taste profile, follow step-by-step instructions, and save favorites to build a personalized cocktail collection.

3) Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information collected with permissions.

  • Account & support: name, username, email, and the content of support communications.
  • Device & usage: device info, app version, usage statistics, and crash/diagnostic logs.
  • Location (optional): precise or approximate location if you grant permission; you can change this in device settings.
  • Cookies/similar tech: used for login/session and preferences (may include web beacons).

4) Optional AI-assisted features (if available)

If you choose to use AI-assisted features that accept text and/or images, your submitted content is processed on servers controlled by SlivaNet Team.

  • No third-party sharing for AI processing: we do not share your submitted text/images with any third party for AI processing.
  • Deletion: submitted text/images are deleted promptly after processing is completed (typically immediately after results are returned), unless you explicitly choose to save them.
  • No face recognition/biometrics: we do not perform biometric identification; content is not used for training/marketing.
  • Your control: you decide whether to upload content and whether to generate results.
Note: AI-generated results may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use your judgment before relying on or sharing them.

5) How we use information

  • Provide & maintain the Service (accounts, features, saved favorites).
  • Personalize experiences where applicable.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and features (analytics and crash analysis).
  • Security and fraud/abuse prevention.
  • Support and user communications.
  • Legal compliance and enforcement of policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

6) How we share information

We share information only when necessary and in the minimum amount required.

  • With your consent.
  • With service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, support) under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • For legal reasons (lawful requests, rights protection, enforcement).
  • Business transfers (merger/acquisition), with safeguards.
  • Cross-border transfers: may occur; we use safeguards such as SCCs where required.

7) Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit/at rest (where appropriate), access controls, reviews/audits, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Data retention

  • Account data: retained for the duration of your account.
  • After deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise.
  • Usage data: typically retained up to 12 months.
  • Support content: typically retained up to 6 months.
  • AI submissions (if used): deleted promptly after processing unless you choose to save them.

9) Your rights and choices

10) Children's privacy
